As a Wildlife and Fisheries graduate from WVU, I’ve always had a heart for nature. I worked in the herbicide industry for years, covered head to toe in protective gear. What we sprayed was not only toxic to unwanted plants but also to people, our waterways, and the great state I love.
When I started Great Green, I knew I wanted to do things differently. I didn’t want to be around harsh chemicals all day, and I wanted to make a positive impact on our state. So, I developed a unique formula made with peppermint, clove, and cedar wood oil to offer a safe and sustainable solution for pest control.

Our all-natural formula includes essential oils such as clove, peppermint, and cedar and is safe for all people, children, and your furry family members.
Not only does it work, but it also does not have an unpleasant chemical smell. Instead, it is a pleasant aroma of some common familiar scents including peppermint, clove, and cedar.
Peppermint essential oil will rid many insects, including mites and mosquitoes. Clove essential oil is effective in keeping away many insects, including arthropods, army worms, thrips, aphids, and mites. Cedar oil can dissolve pests in their early life cycle stages, like eggs and larvae, and break down the exoskeleton of adult pests. Cedar oil will also repel many insects, including fleas, ticks, spiders, mosquitoes, lice, and gnats, to name a few.
You have more important things to spend your money on than pest control. We believe everyone should be able to enjoy a pest-free home. That’s why we keep our services affordable for everyone with simple packages.
Unlike the other guys, our typical availability is within 1-5 business days. If we have an opening, we’ll reach out to get to you as soon as possible.
Once you’ve scheduled your service, we’ll reach out to confirm the day/time for treatment. Upon arrival we’ll spray the entire exterior and interior walls of your home or business. Rain may cause delays or the need to reschedule. Treatment times are weekdays between 8am-5pm. Payments are made by credit card and we’ll email you a paid invoice after each service is completed. Contracts are yearly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
That’s no problem. We’ll inspect and service the exterior of your home or business and leave your service summary. Afterwards you may schedule a follow-up for interior service at a time that fits your schedule, included at no additional cost.
Yes, all freestanding structures on your property are included such as sheds, gazebos, playgrounds, and the like. If there is anything you’d specifically like us to take care of, all you have to do is ask.
Unfortunately, pests are inevitable. Depending on where your home or business is located (wooded area or inside the city), you may need more or less frequent treatments. We can recommend what we believe will be best for you during our first visit, and you can make adjustments at any time.
